These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tk15 platform and all related services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on tk15, you are considered to have accepted these terms fully and unconditionally.

3.2 Age Verification Process

In cases of doubt, tk15 may request a copy of a national identity card (NID), passport or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Limits and Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If an attempt is made to recover funds through chargebacks, reversals or any other fraudulent method, the associated account will be closed and the funds held will be confiscated.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw bonus funds, a 15x wager on the total of the original deposit and bonus must be placed.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

• Bonus wagering requirement: 15x
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically approved

5.3 VIP Program

Regular players can participate in our four-tier VIP program:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Progress through VIP tiers depends on regular gaming activity. tk15 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Taking bonus benefits with dishonest intent, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to guarantee a bonus through coordinated betting will be considered bonus abuse. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and funds will be confiscated.

All games operated on tk15 are conducted in a fair and impartial manner. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine each outcome.

6.1 Game Operation Policy

• All game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined
• Each game has its own rules which can be found on the game screen
• If any bet is affected by a technical error, tk15 will investigate and resolve it
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits set. It is not possible to place a bet that exceeds these limits. tk15 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If the internet connection is lost, bets on a game in progress are generally recorded in the system. Results will be visible upon reconnection. The server record will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk15 platform and may result in account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with a false identity or false information
• Abusing the bonus system or placing coordinated bets
• Hacking, manipulation or exploiting software vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or proxy gaming
• Fraud through chargebacks or payment reversals
• Harassing other players or staff
• Playing games using automated bots or software

If any of the above activities are detected, tk15 may close the account without notice and confiscate all funds and winnings.

tk15 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for reasonable cause.

8.1 Reasons for Suspension

• Failure to submit identity verification documents
• Suspicious transaction activity
• Violation of any part of these terms
• If tk15 considers it necessary for the security of the account

8.2 Closing Your Account Yourself

You may request account closure yourself through our support team. Before the account is closed, all bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any remaining withdrawable funds must be received through the proper process.
